CONFERENCE COSTS AND FEES
Registration Fees
Student Fees:
- $15 per Delegate
- No limit on number of Delegates
Advisors:
​ - No fee for advisors

*Meal Tickets are included for all Advisors & Delegates*
Drop/Add Fees
Full Refund:
- Within 48 hours of Registration
- No Charge for Altering Numbers
$5 per delegate drop fee:
- After 48 hours until two weeks before the conference
- Instead of the full price per delegate, the school will pay
$5 for a dropped delegate
No refund dropped delegate fee:
- Within two weeks before the conference
- The delegation must pay full price for the dropped
delegate
Per delegate add fee:
- No fee up until two weeks before the conference
- Schools may add delegates without penalty up until two weeks before
$5 per delegate add fee:
- From two weeks before the conference to the week before
- In addition to the full price per delegate fee, the school
will be asked to pay an additional $5 for an add during this time

All fees are subject to discussion with delegations. Overall we wish to create a great experience for our delegations and work to ensure an inclusive environment. We have a fee system in place to encourage delegations to submit accurate numbers initially, so our staff will be able to accommodate for all delegates.
